Refund policy
At Revionel, we want you to love what you ordered. But we also understand that sometimes things don't work out—and that's okay. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.
Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to initiate a return. We think that gives you plenty of time to try things on, think it over, and decide. After 30 days, unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. That means no signs of wear, washing, or altering. The product should also be in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Basically, if you'd be happy receiving it, we'd be happy accepting it back.
How to Return an Item
Ready to start a return? Just email us at support@revionel.com and include:

Once we approve your return request, we'll send you detailed instructions—including where to send the package and any other info you'll need. We try to keep it simple.
Refunds
After your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll get to work on your refund. You can expect the money to be sent back to your original payment method within 14 days of us approving the return. We'll also send you a confirmation email once it's done.
Non-Refundable Items
A few things we can't accept for return:

If your item falls into one of these categories, we won't be able to issue a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If it's been more than 14 days and your refund still hasn't shown up, here's what we recommend:
First, check with your bank—sometimes refunds take a few extra days to appear depending on their processing times. Next, reach out to your credit card company or payment provider. If you've done both and still haven't seen your refund, just email us and we'll look into it personally.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Nobody's perfect—and occasionally mistakes happen. If you receive something that's damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, please email us at support@revionel.com as soon as possible.
Include a photo of the issue (it really helps us see what's going on), and we'll make it right. We'll send you a replacement at no charge, and we'll cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect or damaged item. No extra fees, no hassle.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges, but don't worry—it's still easy to get what you want. Just return your item for a refund, then place a new order for the size, color, or style you'd prefer. It's quick, flexible, and gives you the chance to grab exactly what you're looking for.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we start processing it right away to get it to you faster. Because of that, we're unable to cancel orders after they've been submitted. We always recommend taking a moment to double-check your cart before checking out.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (like if you changed your mind or it just wasn't your style), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The only exception is if we sent you a damaged, defective, or incorrect item—in that case, we'll cover it.
Restocking Fees
Good news: we don't charge any restocking fees. If your return meets our conditions, you'll receive a full refund of the item price—no surprise deductions.
Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? It happens. You're welcome to return the item within 30 days as long as it's unused and in its original condition and packaging. Just keep in mind that for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
