Where We Ship

This shipping policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States. At this time, we proudly offer shipping to customers across all 50 states.


Delivery Timeline

We know you're excited to receive your order, so we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect:

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM Mountain Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Order Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). During this time, we carefully pack your items and hand them over to our shipping partner.

Transit Time: 4 to 8 business days for standard delivery within the United States. Once your package is with the carrier, it's on its way to you.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Depending on your location and package details, we may use:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Other regional carriers


Shipping Costs

Good news—shipping is always free within the United States. We cover the cost for every order, with no minimum purchase required. That means free shipping whether you're buying one item or ten.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. You can also check your order status anytime through our website.


Delivery Issues

Sometimes things don't go as planned—a package gets delayed, lost, or maybe it arrives and something's not right. If you run into any delivery issues, just reach out. Email us at support@revionel.com, and we'll work with our shipping partners to get things sorted out as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

Right now, we only ship within the United States. We're a growing brand, and we hope to expand internationally in the future. If you're outside the US and interested in our products, check back soon—we'd love to serve you one day.
